To
provide guidance and assistance to the Pastor in conducting Parish
affairs.
Purpose
To
work with the priests in directing and coordinating the various aspects of
Parish life, namely spiritual, financial, educational, and social, always
keeping in mind that the Pastor makes the final decision.
To
endeavor to guide and promote the mutual coordination of all the
organizations of the Parish and to further communications among them
To
face the needs and challenges of the Parish by setting priorities,
planning and executing ways of meeting these needs and challenges.
Membership
The
Pastor and his designated staff
Two
representatives from each Parish organization who are given the power to
speak for and on behalf of their organization and can commit the
organization to Parish functions
At
least on representative from the Holy Angels School and the Holy Angels School of
Religion
Five
members-at-large elected by the Parish as a whole to balance the
membership of the council so all constituencies are properly represented
